1. Entry: How do I enter a new field?

The two most common approaches for engaging people in Entry are Oikos Mapping and the House of Peace search.

1. Oikos Mapping equips existing believers to identify people who are far from God in their relational network, pray for them and share the gospel with them.

2. The House of Peace search follows the example of Jesus’ training of the disciples (Luke 10:1-11). It equips workers to enter a field where they have no pre-existing network of relationship (oikos) and look for a God-prepared household that will be a bridge through their oikos to the community. The most common approach is to offer prayer in public places or house to house and follow up with a gospel presentation.
