Training for Trainers (T4T) is a training model for multiplying disciples and churches. It's popping up all over the world as a highly effective tool.

T4T was first pioneered in China where they've seen 80,000 churches started and 2 million baptisms.

T4T now has a website which provides resources and online training.

I've interviewed Tim Scheuer and Jeff Sundell about its application in a western setting and the early reports are very encouraging.
