		<description>Thanks for this.  The ideal relationship between modalities and sodalities are one where they influence one another and link to each other.  A healthy church will have an arm of its ministry that is apostolic.  This apostolic team invigorates life into the existing church, while also creating new churches in the process.  A healthy missionary band will be supported by the church, supportive of the church structure and work itself out of a job.

Often times I see modalities and sodalities at odds with one another, neither being able to get to the root of the issue: glorifying Christ and bringing people into relationship with him.
