Hi Steve,
I'm just starting to get a feel for the extent and potential for church planting movements after reading some recent material for an assignment I'm doing on transforming a church and leadership into a 'contextually missional church' . The church I've chosen to write on is a Baptist church of around 150 members in Western Brisbane. Could I ask you (if you have the time only) for a few suggestions how to excite them (they are interested in planting churches - albeit very slowly) and transition them into a church planting church.

Thanks and regards,
