great thought. 
Our church believes that if we believe children are our future, we need to focus on them. 
We may have missed our chance to reach those who are teenagers right now, so we are focusing on primary aged kids. 
At church on sunday we counted the kids.....just under 60 primary school aged children. 
About...aprox....140 adults....but the kids...we counted. We count what is valuable to us. 
Could not agree more with your sentiments or illustration here, probably going to use it on Sunday.</description>
