		<description>Thanks Steve. I&#039;m really at the point where I can be thankful for what I&#039;ve learned. I&#039;ve grown immeasurably and that&#039;s a good thing. 
I&#039;m not in the position to plant another church, but am looking at working in a church again and maybe developing a culture of church planting.</description>
