But you can’t sustain rapid mobilization without adequate support systems. That means you have to build a coaching movement as you multiply leaders in the field.
If you need advanced coach training, Keith Webb is running one of the best courses available in Singapore, Hungary and the US. Although he doesn’t advertise it, the course is for ministry leaders. Find out more here.
If you need just to get started as a coach, Tom Wymore has done an outstanding job of writing an introduction to coaching. If you’re a coach or trainer of coaches this is a must read resource. Tom’s done all the work for you in covering the essentials.

Hi Steve, although we don’t say much on our website about church planting or use a lot of Christian language, that’s who attends our program. All the trainers come with long backgrounds living cross-culturally and plenty of minstry experience. Graduates of our program have become certified with the International Coach Federation.
Thanks for highlighting coaching, I think it’s a very under used resource for helping to develop church planters on-the-job.
