		<description>Matthew, the harmony he&#039;s rejecting is not the harmony that comes from the unity of the Spirit. That harmony is based on speaking the truth in love (Eph 4:15). The harmony Jesus had with his disciples included productive conflict with those same disciples. Anything less is &quot;peace peace when there is no peace.&quot; (Jer 6:14).</description>

I&#039;ve met a lot of leaders that would rather choose invulnerability over trust. They get angry the moment you question their mistakes. I think it&#039;s their fear of humiliation in accepting their mistakes in public.</description>
