Had a great time in Tasmania last week working on a vision to plant the NEXT1000 Aussie churches. But it’s left me with a flat battery and yes I have been avoiding the discipline of writing. Hope to get inspired tomorrow and write it up for the blog.
Meanwhile this just came in from Neil Cole. . .

Hello Friends.
I have some important information for you. It has been too long since I last communicated so it has all built up inside.
Hold your calendars dates for January 26-28, 2007 and plan on joining us for our first annual CMA Conference. The conference will be in Long Beach CA. People will be flying in from all over the world.
Alan Hirsch (co-author of The Shaping of Things to Come) will be joining us and will also have his newest book hot off the presses available Forgotten Ways.
Wolfgang Simson (Houses That Change The World) will also be joining us and he also has a new book about to come out!
This is the BEST conference in the whole world! Well, at least its in the top ten. The conference theme is Organic Church Movements. We will have some outstanding breakout sessions led by very adept practitioners on a variety of pertinent subjects. We are also trying to walk the fine balance of being relational and also accomodating a large group of people. So meals are included with the price of admission (and we’re not talking about pizza and subs…fully catered food!). Speaking of which, the cost for this is only $100 for CMA people (that means someone who has been through a Greenhouse training event and planted a simple church afterward) and $150 for non-CMA people (that would be everyone else…believe it or not there are still some people who have never been through a Greenhouse).
The conference will begin Friday night January 26th at 6 PM with dinner. We will end Sunday the 28th at 4 PM. The conference will be held at the Grand Conference Center close to the LB freeway, and several hotels.
We will have more information posted real soon on our website, but I wanted you to get it in your calendars immediately. Tell your friends and plan on joining us.
For those of you who are trainers for the Greenhouse, plan on coming a day early for connection, training and fun.
Pressing on,
Neil
